Stanley No 12, 2 inch metal Nickel Plated Try Square. Unusually small size, marked to measure 2 inches in 1/8th inch increments. The Stanley logo is cast into the frame, early 1900's.
A Stanley No 12 Veneer Scraper, Sweetheart vintage. 6 1/4 inches long, 2 7/8 inch cutter. Cast iron with japanned finish, rosewood handle. has the Stanley sweetheart marked iron. Used for scraping fine hard woods, veneers and fancy grained woods. Good+
A Stanley No 21 1/2' Circular Plane black japanned 1902 to 1917. 1 3/4 inch cutter. Adjustable steel sole planes concave or convex surfaces. Marked No 20 1/2 on the adjustment wheel. Identical to the No 20 except has japanned finish. Good++

A Stanley No 95 Butt Gauge. Nickel plated cast iron, used for marking rabbet jams, thickness of butts, mortises and marking, plus for squaring the edge of a butt hinge. Fine.
Cutting Iron for a Stanley No 3 or 603, 5 1/4, 605 1/4. 1 3/4" wide. The iron is marked with the 1936 Stanley Logo and "PAT. 1,918,750" which is the Patent number for the kidney shaped hole lever cap. The patent was granted to Earl V. Higbee (The Stanley Works) on July 18th, 1933. The Patent number is usually stamped on the lever cap, not on the cutting iron. Good+
Stanley Bed Rock 603, Type 5 (1911) with a later Type 11 (1942) cutting iron. The plane has greater than 80% of the original jappaning with excellent rosewood knob and tote. The plane sides have "34A" stamped by an owner on one side and "A3" on the other. The iron is also stamped over the logo with the number "X4E". A great workshop plane. Good+
Stanley No 9 Cabinet Maker's Block Plane, complete with original Hot Dog Handle. Cast iron, 2" wide cutter, adjustable throat. Used for extra fine precision work on hardwoods. The hot dog shaped handle can be moved to either side. This plane is in Good+ condition. No cracks or damage to the rear. (As often found in these planes).
A Stanley No 72 Chamfer Plane. Rosewood handle and knob, Sweetheart iron. Adjustable front piece, manufactured 1885 to 1938. The finish shows signs of wear as you can see in the large picture, still a very useful tool. Good+
A Stanley Scraper No 81 with Rosewood base. Very little of the original nickel finish remaining which does not detract from the usability of this great little tool. Includes the original Stanley Sweetheart iron and rosewood base. A truly excellent user. Good+
A Stanley No 97, Cabinet Maker's Edge Plane, Type 3 (1908 - 1921) "V" TM on cutter. 10 inches long, 2 1/4 inches wide. An extremely accurate edge rabbet plane, used to work a rabbet up to corner. Also good for bullnose work. Some very light pitting on sides and sole from condensation. No chips or breaks on the corners. Click on large picture. Good++
